Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

In general, international shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time = Processing time (3–5 business days) + Shipping time (5–8 business days). Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, local carriers, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. welovebosnia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues

welovebosnia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages after delivery, weather-related disruptions, customs delays or import processing issues, or carrier service interruptions. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. Then email us at welovebosnia@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

Order Changes

If you need to update or change your order, please contact us at welovebosnia@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once orders begin processing.
